Three Ways to Reach Us, and When Each One Is Faster

Calling is the quickest route to an answer. Someone picks up seven days a week, Mon – Sun 7:30am – 7:30pm, and if you can describe what you have and where it sits, we can usually price it on that call instead of scheduling a visit first. If a truck can reach you the same day, you will hear that on the phone rather than waiting on a callback.

Booking online suits the jobs you have already decided on. You take a time slot directly and skip the back and forth. Use the message form above for anything that needs explaining or a photo: an estate cleanout with rooms still to sort, a hoarding situation the family is handling carefully, a shed that has to come down before it can be hauled. Write the detail in and we will read it before we call.

What to Have Ready When You Call

None of this is required, but it is the difference between a firm number on the first call and a second conversation:

• A rough item list. "A sectional, two mattresses, and whatever is left in the garage" is plenty to work from.
• Where the items are sitting. Curb, driveway, second floor and back yard are four different jobs, and the price follows the labor.
• Access notes. Gate codes, an HOA with truck hour restrictions, a narrow North Valley alley, a steep unpaved drive up in the East Mountains.
• Anything heavy or awkward. Hot tubs, pool tables, safes, pianos, and appliances still plumbed in all need to be planned for rather than discovered.

Photos are never required for an estimate. They help on the unusual items, and you can attach them to a text once we have spoken.

What Happens to the Load

Every load gets sorted after pickup rather than driven straight to a landfill. Household goods and furniture in usable shape go to Albuquerque donation centers when they are accepting them. Metal, cardboard and electronics are routed through local recycling. What is left goes to licensed Bernalillo County disposal. You do not have to separate anything yourself, and you do not have to be home once you have shown us the pile.
